Photo Scavenger Hunt

I found this on a photography blog that I follow. The rules are simple:
  1. Anyone can participate.
  2. You're encouraged to take five new photos each week for the challenge.
  3. If you get stumped, you may use one photo from your archive.

You can link up your photos through Ashley Sisks blog: http://ashleysisk.blogspot.com/

    1.Wide Open
This is a picture of the trash cans that are located on the base. There is a separate bin for each different type of trash/recyclable item. I took this picture with one of the bins "wide open".

    2.Clock

This is an old church located in downtown Lundstuhl. I took this picture through the trees.

    3.Junk

People on base always seem to accumulate so much junk! Every Sunday night you can find piles of it propped up against the dumpsters (I guess I was just feeling the urge to take a ton of trash related shots this week!).

    4.Shiny

The faucet on my kitchen sink. I love the fact that my dish sponge got caught in the reflection.

    5.View from Below
A tree that Ava and I walk by every day. It started raining on us shortly after I took this picture and we had to run all the way home.

I have just started working with photoshop and really don't know how to do much (just playing around on it mostly). I tried to create a watermark for these photos (and thought that I had succeeded), but when I attempted to download them here it refused to download. If anyone reading this has any tips, I'm all ears!

This week's scavenger hunt clues are:
    1. Shadow or Silhouette
    2. Motion Blur
    3. Magazine
    4. Ten
    5. Glass

    1. I am right down the road from you in Germany... I wanted to get a picture of the junking piles the villagers put out before bulk junk day... but no such luck. I love your clock picture.

    2. Very nice! All such warm photos --- love the clock and the tree (I am partial to tree photos because we live in the woods!) :)

    3. If you check out MCP Actions, she has a free watermark action - it's so easy!!! Nice work!
